Accom Cultiva Construct Projects Limited was founded in Lagos in 2015 with a single conviction: that construction quality in Nigeria does not have to be a negotiation. We have COREN-registered engineers and professionals on our team, a clean CAC record, and a FIRS tax compliance certificate — not as marketing claims, but as operating standards.
Over ten years we have delivered residential estates, commercial fit-outs, and infrastructure projects across Nigeria — always with the same team of engineers, architects, and skilled tradespeople who understand that a building outlives the contract that built it.

Pre-Construction Assessment
Site survey, soil investigation, regulatory checks, and a detailed scope agreement before a single block is laid.
Planning & Design Approval
Architectural and structural drawings prepared in-house, submitted to Lagos State and relevant authorities, tracked to approval.
Execution & Supervision
On-site engineers and construction managers supervise every trade daily. Progress is documented and reported to the client weekly.
Testing, Handover & Aftercare
All MEP systems commissioned and tested before handover. A defects liability period covers post-completion issues.
